It is called NOOR, which means "light" in Arabic. It will be the largest solar power plant in the world to produce green energy. Its titanic construction began in a desert in southern Morocco, where many nomads still live traditionally and without electricity.
During the five years it takes to transform this wild land into a bastion of techno-capitalism, Jerome le Maire will film the story of a shepherd who is hired to be the plant's caretaker.
