No Mater

Throughout my life, I've said No to motherhood. A choice with no regrets. With modesty, tenderness and sometimes irony, I tell the story of my journey. My story leads to others, those of my ancestors and other women I have met along the way. In a form that combines different registers of images, our voices converse, merge and bring into the public sphere words that are still taboo. No Mater is about sharing, about "us". So my narrative is intended to echo and resonate with those who, today, choose not to become mothers.
